THYMOSIN

TREATMENT

Thymic peptide that modulates immune cell differentiation, enhancing T-cell function and adaptive immunity regulation.

SUPPORT

Thymosin alpha-1 is a peptide naturally produced by the thymus gland that plays a crucial role in immune function. It enhances the differentiation and maturation of T-cells, which are essential for adaptive immunity, and modulates cytokine production to promote a balanced immune response.

Apexion Health — IMMUNE

STRENGTHEN YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM FROM THE THYMUS.

The thymus gland, located in the upper chest, is responsible for producing T-cells — the white blood cells that orchestrate adaptive immune responses. Thymosin alpha-1 is the primary peptide responsible for signaling thymic epithelial cells to support T-cell differentiation, maturation, and function. As we age, thymic function declines, contributing to reduced immune competence. Thymosin supplementation aims to support this critical aspect of immune regulation.

Thymosin α1 restores thymic output and T-cell repertoire diversity

Thymosin α1 (Tα1) is a 28-amino acid peptide produced by thymic epithelial cells. It acts through TLR9/MyD88-dependent pathways to enhance dendritic cell maturation, promote Th1 polarization, and expand T-cell receptor diversity. Clinically used for hepatitis B/C, sepsis, and as a vaccine adjuvant.

Well-tolerated immunomodulator with decades of clinical use

Tα1 has an excellent safety profile with thousands of patients treated in clinical trials. Typical dose: 1.6 mg SC 2×/week. Most extensively studied in chronic hepatitis B and C, where it enhances response to antiviral therapy. Also investigated in sepsis and as a checkpoint inhibitor adjuvant.

All protocols physician-supervised and adjusted per individual labs.
